Official French Proficiency Exams

The DELF exams at level B1 and B2 will be offer on December 2022 only for General public or students over 16 years old. 

Provisional Dates and times for the December session of collective exams are:

Written DELF B1, Tuesday, December 6, 12:00-1:55 PM duration 1h55

Written DELF B2, Wednesday, December 7, 12:00-2:30 PM duration 2h30

The separate oral interview will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time within ten days of the collective exams, before and after the written exams.

Individual oral DELF B1, prep 10 minutes - interview 15 minutes

Individual oral DELF B2,  prep 30 minutes - interview 20 minutes

All exams will be administer on the Alliance Française de Charlotte campus at this time (depending on the number of candidates another location may be needed). The exams cannot currently be taken online.

Costs for 2022 exams:

DELF B1: $155

DELF B2: $190
