Welcome to the General Assembly of the Alliance Française de Charlotte. We look forward to working with you and for you. As a member of the AF de Charlotte, you will encounter many opportunities to contribute your time and resources as you help us promote the Alliance Française mission.
We know you are passionate about the French language and culture and are ready to share your enthusiasm.
You are part of an organization that has seen amazing growth in the past few years, growth that reflects the dedication and perseverance of its leadership and board members.
Please join us at the General Assembly on Sunday June 2nd at 12:30pm in Park Road Park shelter#1for the presentation of past events and new objectives for the year 2024-2025, followed by the election of the new board members. Admission and welcome from 11:30am, presentation at 12:30pm sharp.
Free lunch at 1pm catered by Patrick's Gourmet Catering (cold Salmon, Chicken and salads) and Renaissance Pâtisserie ( macarons and minicroissants pastries) will be provided. Wine, soft drinks and waterwill be available.

Would you agree to have appointed board members from now on?
If the majority of your answers is YES then the new board would change the by-laws and the general assembly would be informative only, if the majority of your answers is NO then there would be elections of the board members at the next general assembly in June 2025 as usual.
