Bienvenue! Are you interested in learning French?
Our General Classes are interactive and based on language competency levels as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL). Our General Classes may use a textbook in addition to classroom conversation.
General Classes have 3 sessions each year:
- Fall- September through November
- Winter- January through March
- Spring- March through June
These courses are 10-week sessions and include 10-30 hours of instruction, depending on the class. You will need around 90-100 hours each to complete levels A1 & A2. Levels B1, B2, and C will need an additional 180 hours each.
We also offer Holiday and Specialty Classes throughout the year.
Holiday Classes are 4-week sessions that run in December, July, and August. Our Specialty Classes are themed and cover topics such as literature and art, history, music, and cinema. There are a variety of themes throughout the year.

As a first step, contact our Director of Adult Education, Corinne. She will help to assess your class level and provide options for class schedules, in-person and on Zoom.
